Our "Break
In Service" Policies
Standard Renewal Rates are $25 USD per year:
A break in service means your renew date has passed or expired and we
do not have your approval to renew your subscription for another year
. We hold your files for sixty (60) days as "Inactive"
and when you renew during that period, the rate is $29.95 USD. We then
restore your files to "Active" status and you are a subscriber
for another twelve months.
If you do not renew within the sixty (60)
day time-frame, your files are deleted from our systems. If later
you choose to subscribe to the On-Line system, you enter as a new user
with new member rates.
Auto-Renewal Rate of $20: We offer an Auto
Renew Option which you can select from your Personal Information screen
after you have logged into the program. If you select Auto-Renewal, you
will earn a 20% discount from the standard rate..
If we can save the cost of contacting you
to get your approval for annual renewal charges to your credit card, we
will pass the savings along to you as earned credit. However, if
your credit card information is not current and we still have to contact
you, our savings are eliminated and your renewal rate reverts to the standard
rate for another 12 months.
IMPORTANT! Our E-mail Communication
Since we communicate with you via e-mail,
you MUST permit our e-mails to reach you.
If your internet service provider is Earthlink or Mindspring, our return
e-mails may be blocked by the spam filter. You must add these e-mail address
to your address book or ask your provider how you can be sure to receive
messages from these e-mail addresses.

Notes: The following are answers
from the Earthlink web site about "how easy it is" to get our
e-mails accepted and passed to your inbox.
If spamBlocker flags my messages as "suspect email,"
how will an EarthLink subscriber know I sent the message?
Our subscribers receive periodic email summaries of all emails spamBlocker
has flagged and placed in their "suspect email" folders. In
addition, EarthLink subscribers can check “suspect email”
messages as easily as they check their inbox and other email folders.
Their "suspect email" folders are accessible through EarthLink's
desktop email software and through Web Mail, our Web-based email system.
How easy is it for an EarthLink subscriber to allow email from my organization
or me?
Very easy. While viewing a message in the "suspect email" folder,
an EarthLink subscriber can click a single button that will allow future
messages from you to pass directly to their inboxes. Our subscribers also
have the flexibility to specify that they want to receive email from an
entire company (domain). This allows email from any address within that
domain to reach the subscriber's inbox.
